Ex Parte Application to Specially Set Dates

            Defendants’ counsel has filed motions to be relieved and seeks to specially set the hearing dates on those motions.  The Court orders as follows:

            1.         Defendants’ ex parte application is granted.

            2.         The Court advances the hearings on all motions to be relieved to April 11, 2024, at 8:30 a.m.

            3.         The Court advances and continues the hearing on two motions to compel further responses from June 4, 2024, to June 5, 2024, at 8:30 a.m.  The Court shall hear all motions on the same date. 

            4.         Defendants’ counsel shall provide notice and file proof of such with the Court.
