Motion for Attorneys’ Fees

            Petitioner Bristol Farms (“Petitioner”) prevailed in arbitration against Respondents Heritage Two LLC, Jeffrey B. Panosian, and Claire B. Panosian (“Respondents”).  The Court entered judgment per the arbitration award on Petitioner’s request.  Now, Petitioner seeks attorneys’ fees pursuant to the underlying leases.  The motion is unopposed.

            Based upon the foregoing, the Court orders as follows:

            1.         Petitioner’s motion for attorneys’ fees is granted.

            2.         The Court orders Respondents to pay attorneys’ fees in the amount of 18,192.75 within thirty (30) days.

            3.         Petitioner’s counsel may lodge an amended judgment if necessary. 

            4.         Petitioner’s counsel shall provide notice and file proof of such with the Court.
