            Plaintiff’s counsel filed a series of applications to serve the individual defendants by publication and now moves ex parte for an order authorizing service of the corporate defendant through the Secretary of State.  The Court orders as follows:

            1.         Plaintiff’s ex parte application is granted.

            2.         The Court advances and continues the Case Management Conference and Order to Show Cause re: Sanctions from April 3, 2024, to June 27, 2024, at 8:30 a.m.

            3.         Plaintiff’s counsel shall provide notice and file proof of such with the Court.
