Motion for Leave to Amend

Order to Show Cause re: Dismissal

            Plaintiffs Pacific Inter Consulting, LLC and Shahin Shawn Ahrabi (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) filed this action on June 30, 2023.  All defendants have been served.  Plaintiffs move to file an amended complaint, to which there is no opposition.

            Based upon the foregoing, the Court orders as follows:

            1.         The Court discharges the Order to Show Cause re: Dismissal.

            2.         The Court grants Plaintiffs’ motion for leave to file an amended complaint.

            3.         Plaintiffs’ counsel shall provide notice and file proof of such with the Court.
