Plaintiff obtained entry of default on November 27, 2023.  Therefore, the Court discharges the Order to Show Cause re: Sanctions and advances and vacates the case management conference.  The Court orders Plaintiff’s counsel to submit a default judgment packet on or before March 1, 2024.  The Court issues an Order to Show Cause why the Court should not impose monetary sanctions in the amount of $1,000 or less for any violation of California Rules of Court, rule 3.110(h) and this order, per the authority of rule 3.110(h) and/or Code of Civil Procedure sections 583.150 and 177.5.  The OSC hearing shall be held on March 13, 2024, at 8:30 a.m. at the following location:
