Due to congestion of the court’s calendar due to a series of ex parte applications, the court advances and vacates the hearings on the petition for judicial determination of the validity of the election and Petitioner’s ex parte application for leave to file an amended petition.  The court shall hold a trial setting conference on March 26, 2025, at 1:30 p.m.  The court authorizes remote appearances.  The parties shall meet-and-confer in advance concerning their availability on the following dates: April 9, 2025; April 26, 2025; April 23, 2025; and April 25, 2025.  The court’s clerk shall provide notice via email.
