The court advances and continues the hearing on Plaintiff’s ex parte application for a temporary restraining order and order to show cause re: preliminary injunction from December 11, 2024, to December 13, 2024, at 8:30 a.m.  The hearing shall be held in Department 82 (not Department 86) of the Stanley Mosk Courthouse (111 North Hill Street, Los Angeles, California 90012).  The court authorizes the parties to appear remotely if they wish to do so.
