Application for Writ of Possession

            Plaintiff Ally Bank (“Plaintiff”) moves for a writ of possession against Defendant Sarkis S. Khrayan (“Defendant”) with respect to a 2018 Ram 1500, Vehicle Identification Number 1C6RR7YT4JS152879 (the “Vehicle”).  Before the hearing on the writ of possession, the Defendant must be served with (1) a copy of the summons and complaint; (2) a Notice of Application and Hearing; and (3) a copy of the application and any affidavit in support thereof.  (Code Civ. Proc. § 512.030.)  There is no proof of service on file.

            Based upon the foregoing, the court orders as follows:

            1.         The hearing on the application is continued to _________, 2025.

            2.         Petitioner shall serve all of the required documents, and file the proof of service, on or before _______, 2025.

            3.         Any opposition shall be filed and served at least nine court days in advance of the hearing date.

            4.         Any reply brief shall be filed and served at least five court days in advance of the hearing date.

            5.         Plaintiff’s counsel shall serve this minute order (in addition to the above-referenced pleadings) and file proof of service with the court.
