amputation. Plaintiff alleges the loss of a finger now prevents Plaintiff from
engaging in work as a dental implantologist.
On
June 16, 2021, Plaintiff filed a complaint for Medical Malpractice. On April
21, 2023, the case was reassigned from Department 31 in the Mosk Courthouse to
Department 49.
On
July 7, 2022, Plaintiff dismissed Providence Health & Services, Providence
St. Joseph Health, and Providence.
RULING: Granted.
Defendant,
James Lee, M.D. moves to compel responses to Special Interrogatories (set one)
served on plaintiff Andrey Rossius.
Defendant represents service of form interrogatories on July
12, 2022. [Declaration of Elaine Sun, ¶ 3, Ex. A.] According to Defendant, at
the time of the filing of the motion, no responses were received. [Id., ¶ 4.]
The motion is unopposed. The court electronic filing system
shows no reply filed at the time of the tentative ruling publication cutoff. Dr.
Lee also filed a notice of non-opposition. The unopposed motion is granted. Plaintiff
