On November 9, 2022, Plaintiff filed a complaint for Battery and Negligence.

RULING: Granted.

Counsel for Plaintiff Angel Fuentes moves to be relieved as counsel of record, due to a disagreement over the prosecution of the action, and Plaintiff’s expression of interest to find new counsel.

The motion complies with all procedural requirements. The motion is granted.
