On January 6, 2025, Plaintiff field a request for dismissal as to the “DCFS Contracted Psychologist,” which appears to conform to the title of moving party, Dr. Nagdimon. Barring any objections, the dismissal renders the demurrer moot. The court therefore takes the subject demurrer off-calendar.
