complaint. Defendants Sun Nest Housing LLC and Elevate Inc. answered the
complaint on August 2, 2024. On February 20, 2025, Plaintiffs filed a notice of
settlement.

Plaintiff Marlene Cazares submits a petition for approval
for minors compromises on behalf of 16 year old Nathan Arturo Elijah Moreno.
The petition indicates a settlement of $5,000 with ALL
Defendants Sun Nest Housing LLC, Elevate Inc., and Ingenious Asset Group, Inc.
The entire case is represented as settling for $200,000
(total in declaration adds up to $225,000 (see Attachment 11(b)3 and 11(b)6),
with unit 404 accounting for $95,000 of the total. The minor’s allocation will
be subject to a 25% attorney fee, plus $500.83 in costs for a net deposit of
