Plaintiff Marlene Cazares submits a petition for approval for minors compromises on behalf of 16 year old Nathan Arturo Elijah Moreno.

 

The petition indicates a settlement of $5,000 with ALL Defendants Sun Nest Housing LLC, Elevate Inc., and Ingenious Asset Group, Inc.

 

The entire case is represented as settling for $200,000 (total in declaration adds up to $225,000 (see Attachment 11(b)3 and 11(b)6), with unit 404 accounting for $95,000 of the total.
