The motions to be relieved are granted.

DISCUSSION

Before the Court are two motions to be relieved as counsel for Plaintiff, filed by Abir Cohen Treyzon Salo, LLP; and by Darren A. Manibog of Manibog Law PC.

No opposition has been filed.

The moving papers motion establish a legal basis for each of the requests and meet all procedural requirements.  Accordingly, both motions are GRANTED.

The ruling on each motion is effective upon the filing of a proof of service demonstrating proper service of the signed “Order Granting Attorney’s Motion to be Relieved as Counsel” upon Plaintiff.

Each moving party is ordered to give notice.
