The Court excuses the personal appearance of the claimant and the guardian ad litem. Counsel may appear by telephone or video conference call.  

On May 17, 2024 Claimant Matthew Angel Balladares’s petition was filed. On May 20, 2024, Claimant Alan Reyes Corona’s petition was filed. The Court has reviewed both the petitions.

The Petitions are complete and meet all applicable requirements, but the proposed orders are incomplete. 

The hearing is continued for a brief period to allow petitioner to submit revised and complete proposed orders.
