TENTATIVE 

The Court excuses the personal appearance of the claimant and the guardian ad litem. Counsel may appear by telephone or video conference call.  

The Court has reviewed the January 10, 2024 Petition for Minor’s Compromise. The Court finds all documents have been filed, and the fees to be reimbursed reasonable. All substantive and procedural requirements are satisfied.  Accordingly, the Court GRANTS the Petition for Minor’s Compromise.
