TENTATIVE 

The motion to be relieved as counsel for Plaintiff Rockney Jacobs is GRANTED, effective upon the filing of proof of service of the order on Plaintiff.

On June 26, 2023, the Court continued the motion, finding the moving party failed to file a declaration and proposed order correctly indicating how the client was served, and how counsel confirmed or was unable to confirm within the past 30 days that the address for the client is current. The moving party had filed a declaration indicating the client was personally served, but proof of service indicated the client was served by substituted service.

On July 31, 2023, the moving party filed proof of personal service regarding the client.

The moving party has further complied with California Rules of Court (CRC) 3.1362 by filing a proposed order and serving it on the client with the moving papers. Additionally, the declaration was served on all parties who have appeared, and it included all hearing dates set in this matter, including the Final Status Conference, Trial, and OSC Re: Dismissal. The proposed order also specified all hearings in this case.
