The Court excuses the appearance of Petitioner and the Minor Claimant.

Petitioner filed a petition on May 14, 2024. The Court has reviewed this petition and found certain issues that must be addressed before the petition can be approved, including the following:

(1)  Items 6 and 7.  Petitioner has not provided required information regarding Claimant’s injury and treatment. 

(2)  Items 13b.  Petitioner has not provided required information regarding the attorney’s expenses of $1,095.00.

The hearing on the Petition for Approval of Minor’s Compromise is CONTINUED so that Petitioner may address these issues.
