Tentative:

The Court excuses the personal appearance of the claimant and the guardian ad litem. Counsel may appear by telephone or video conference call.  

The Court reviewed the petitions filed on October 23, 2024. The Court finds that all substantive and procedural requirements are satisfied.  The proposed settlement and fees are fair and reasonable.

Accordingly, the Court GRANTS the Petitions for Approval of Minor Compromises for Gael Mejia Martinez (Age 7), Elisa Mejia Martinez (Age 12), and Angel Mejia Martinez (Age 14).
