TENTATIVE:

The Court excuses the personal appearance of the claimant and the guardian ad litem. Counsel may appear by telephone or video conference call.  

The Court has reviewed the Petition for Minor’s Compromise filed with the Court on January 10, 2024. The Court finds that the terms of the proposed settlement and the requested of attorney’s fees are fair and reasonable and that the settlement satisfies all applicable substantive and procedural requirements.  Accordingly, the petition is GRANTED.

The Court sets an OSC for proof of deposit of funds in blocked account for ___________, 2024.
