Petition to Approve Compromise of Disputed Claim (Lucia Ramirez, Age 88)

TENTATIVE 

The Court excuses the personal appearance of the claimant and the guardian ad litem. Counsel may appear by telephone or video conference call.  

Petitioner filed her petition on May 24, 2023. On July 12, 2023, the Court found that the petition and trust were not ready for approval or funding.

No petition has been filed since.

On April 10, 2024, Plaintiff filed a status report.  According to the report, the Court in Probate Division Case No. 23STPB10993 granted Petitioner’s request to be appointed conservator, and Petitioner is awaiting issuance of the Letters of Conservatorship, which she is expecting to receive “shortly.”

Therefore, the Hearing on Petition to Confirm Minor’s Compromise with Special Needs Trust is CONTINUED approximately 60 days to ______, 2024.
