The Court has reviewed the Petitioner’s Expedited Petition to Approve Minor’s (Evan Salazar, age 15) Compromise with a hearing pursuant to Cal Rules of Court 7.950.5.

The Court finds that the settlement is reasonable and that all substantive and procedural requirements have been satisfied.  Accordingly, the Court APPROVES the Petition.
