The Court excuses the personal appearance of the claimants and the guardian ad litem. Counsel may appear by telephone or video conference call.  

The Court has reviewed the Petition for Minor’s Compromise, and proposed orders. The Court finds the Petitioner has shown the settlement and attorney’s fees are reasonable.  All substantive and procedural requirements are satisfied.
