Petition for Approval of Minor’s Compromise for Xiomara Arellano (Age 17).

Tentative:  

The Court excuses the personal appearance of the claimant and the guardian ad litem. Counsel may appear by telephone or video conference call.  

The Court has reviewed the Petition and Proposed Orders filed on May 17, 2024, and finds the following issues must be addressed before the Court can approve the petition:

(1)  Attorney’s Declaration does not address the factors listed in California Rules of Court, Rule 7.955(b);

(2)  No. 1 of proposed order, form MC-351, was left blank as to the hearing;

(3)  No. 10 is incomplete as no option has been selected; and

(4)  No. 1 of proposed order, form MC-355, was left blank as to the hearing.

Therefore, the Petition to Approve Minor’s Compromise is CONTINUED to allow Petitioner to address these issues.
