Petitioner filed the Petitions and Orders for Minor’s Compromise on March 12, 2024, and March 14, 2024, respectively.

The Court, by minute order dated March 1, 2024, identified one issue that needed to be addressed.  The Court has reviewed the petitions filed on March 12, 2024, and finds that the issue has been resolved.  The proposed settlements and requested attorney’s fees are fair and reasonable, and the petitions satisfy all substantive and procedural requirements.

Accordingly, the petitions are GRANTED.
