Tentative:

The Court excuses the personal appearance of the claimant and the guardian ad litem. Counsel may appear by telephone or video conference call.  

The Court has reviewed the expedited petition filed on May 24, 2024, as well as the supplemental declaration filed on October 24, 2024, by Plaintiff’s counsel, Beth E, Graff.

The Court finds Petitioner has satisfied all substantive and procedural requirements. Reviewing the petition and proposed orders, the Court finds the settlement and fees fair and reasonable.

Accordingly, the Expedited Petition for Alice Lopez is APPROVED.

The Court sets an OSC re proof of deposit of funds into blocked account.
