TENTATIVE:

The Court excuses the personal appearance of the claimant and the guardian ad litem.

Counsel may appear by telephone or video conference call. 

The Court has reviewed the March 18, 2024 petition, the supplemental Declaration of Daniel Kramer, and the proposed orders.

All necessary documents and attachments have been filed. The Court finds the settlement and fees reasonable and fair.  All substantive and procedural requirements are satisfied.

Therefore, the Court GRANTS the Petition to Approve Minor’s Compromise and APPROVES the proposed orders filed on March 18, 2024 (not the subsequently filed proposed orders).
