TENTATIVE 

The Court excuses the personal appearance of the claimant and the guardian ad litem. Counsel may appear by telephone or video conference call.  

The Court has reviewed the two petitions before the Court: (1) Petition to Approve Compromise of Pending Action of Minor (Maneh Harutyunyan, Age 9); and (2) Petition to Approve Compromise of Pending Action of Minor (Mari Harutyunyan, Age 6).  The Court finds that all substantive and procedural requirements are satisfied and APPROVES both petitions.

Accordingly, the Court GRANTS: (1) Petition to Approve Compromise of Pending Action of Minor (Maneh Harutyunyan, Age 9); and (2) Petition to Approve Compromise of Pending Action of Minor (Mari Harutyunyan, Age 6).
