The Court previously reviewed the petition and identified (most recently in a minute order dated January 4, 2024) certain items that needed to be addressed.

The Court has reviewed the most recent filings and finds that all substantive and procedural requirements are satisfied.  Accordingly, the Court GRANTS the petition to approve minor’s compromise.

With regard to the proposed order (Form MC-351):

1.     The Court will revise item 11, which states that a bond is not required; a bond in the amount of $637,000 is required, as correctly set forth in Attachment 8b(2), paragraph 8.

2.     The Court will provide the dates for the OSC hearings set forth in Attachment 8b(2), paragraphs 16, 17, and 18.
