The motion is denied without prejudice.

On May 8, 2024, Defendant Neil Pio Fernandes (“Fernandes”) filed a motion to consolidate this action with Case Nos. 22STCV30845 and 22STCV30912.  By Minute Order dated June 6, 2024, the Court denied the motion without prejudice, on the ground that Fernandes failed to file the notice of motion in each case sought to be consolidated, as is required by California Rules of Court, rule 3.350(a)(1)(C).

On June 11, 2024, Fernandes filed a new motion to consolidate.  Again, however, Fernandes did not file the notice of motion is Case Nos. 22STCV30845 and 22STCV30912.  Accordingly, the motion is again denied without prejudice, for the same reason.
