The Court excuses the personal appearance of the claimant and the guardian ad litem. Counsel may appear by telephone or video conference call.  

The Court has reviewed the Petitions for Approval of Minor’s Compromise and proposed orders filed on January 22, 2025. All substantive and procedural requirements are satisfied.  The Court finds that the proposed settlement and fees are fair and reasonable in both petitions.

Accordingly, the Petitions for Approval of Minor’s Compromise for Claimants Sebastian Forbes (Age 9) and Lincoln Forbes (Age 13) are GRANTED.

The Court SETS an OSC re proof of purchase of annuities.
