On August 30, 2023, this matter was continued to allow Petitioner to address certain issues regarding the proposed orders, as identified in the minute order.

Petitioner submitted revised proposed orders.

The Court approves the settlement and the request for attorney’s fees.  All substantive and procedural requirements are satisfied.

Accordingly, Petitioner’s Petition to Approve Exp. Minor’s Compromise (Joshua Miranda, Age 10) is GRANTED.

The Court sets an OSC re proof of deposit of funds into blocked account for ___________, 2024, in Department 29 of the Spring Street Courthouse.
