The Court excuses the personal appearance of the claimant and the guardian ad litem. Counsel may appear by telephone or video conference call.  

Petitioner filed an expedited petition on November 18, 2024. In a Minute Order dated December 2, 2024, the Court noted several deficiencies with the expedited petition and proposed order.

Petitioner has not filed anything further to address those deficiencies.

Accordingly, the motion is continued.  The
