Tentative 

The Court excuses the personal appearance of the claimant and the guardian ad litem. Counsel may appear by telephone or video conference call.   

On April 24, 2025, Petitioner filed the petition for approval of minor’s compromise for Olvi R. Dominguez Quezada (Age 10). The Court has reviewed the proposed settlement and fees and finds the proposed settlement and fees fair and reasonable. 

The petition is granted. 

The Court notes one small error in the proposed orders: in both proposed orders (Forms MC-351 and MC-355), no hearing information is included. 

The Court GRANTS the Petition for Approval of Minor’s Compromise for Olvi R. Dominguez Quezada (Age 10). 

The Court DIRECTS the Judicial Assistant to add in the hearing information in Item 1 of Forms MC-351 and MC-355.  With this modification, the Court APPROVES the proposed orders. 

On its own motion, the Court sets an OSC re the Deposit of Funds Into a Blocked Account for __/__/2025 at 08:30 AM in Department 29 at Spring Street Courthouse.
