Discussion

On October 2, 2023, Plaintiffs Maria Huizar, Luz Teodoro, and Luis Martinez (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) filed motions to compel further responses to Form Interrogatories (Set One), Special Interrogatories (Set One), and Requests for Production (Set One) against Defendant Dreamwork Landscape & Maintenance, Inc. (“Defendant”).  Defendant filed oppositions on December 22, 2023.

On February 13, 2024, the Court continued the hearings to April 16 so that the parties could schedule and participate in an Informal Discovery Conference, as required by the Eighth Amended Standing Order for Procedures in the Personal Injury Hub Courts.

There has not been any Informal Discovery Conference.  Accordingly, the motions are taken off calendar.

Conclusion

The Court takes the motions off calendar.
