The Court excuses the personal appearance of the claimant and the guardian ad litem. Counsel may appear by telephone or video conference call.   

Petitioner filed an Expedited Petition for Approval of Minor’s Compromise and proposed orders on February 25, 2025. The Court reviewed the petition and noted two deficiencies with the petition in a Minute Order dated April 1, 2025. 

Petitioner has submitted a new proposed order but not a new petition to address the issues identified by the Court. 

The expedited petition is denied without prejudice for the reasons stated in the Minute Order dated April 1, 2025.
