Having reviewed the parties' joint report on the Plaintiff's Requests for Production of Documents that are still at issue, the Court's tentative ruling is to GRANT Plaintiff's Motion to Compel Further Responses as to Requests 16, 18, 19, 21, 41, and 51 (albeit with a California-specific geographic limitation as to Requests 19, 21, and 41) and to DENY as to Requests 17 and 42.
