Tentative Ruling on Defendant's Motion to Set Aside Default Judgment

The Court's tentative ruling is to grant Defendant's motion.  In the Court's view, Defendant has provided sufficient support demonstrating that he should be afforded the relief that he is seeking under Code of Civil Procedure Section 473.5.   Accordingly, the entry of the default and default judgment against Defendant will be vacated.
