TENTATIVE RULING ON DEFENDANT'S MOTION TO COMPEL RESPONSES TO SUPPLEMENTAL INTERROGATORIES
The Court's ruling is to grant Defendant's motion, which was unopposed by the Plaintiff. If Plaintiff already has provided responses that comply with the Code of Civil Procedure, that will moot the motion to the extent that it seeks to compel Plaintiff to respond, but that would not moot Defendant's request for sanctions for having had to file the motion to compel.
