There will be no tentative ruling issued in advance of the March 10, 2023 hearing on Defendant's demurrer and motion to strike. That is because in preparing for the hearing, the undersigned bench office discovered that although Plaintiff served its oppositions to the demurrer and motion to strike (indeed, Defendant's reply briefs refer to the opposition briefs), Plaintiff did not file the oppositions with the Court. In light of this state of affairs, at the hearing on March 10, 2023, Plaintiff will be directed to file the opposition briefs with the Court and a relatively short continuance will be granted. The new date for the hearing will be determined based on the availability and schedule of counsel for the parties.
