The Court hereby GRANTS final approval and awards/approves the following:

(1) $203,333.33 for attorney fees to Class Counsel, Moon Law Group, PC; (2) $15,786.27 for attorney costs to Class Counsel; (3) enhancement payment of $7,500 to the class representative, Adrian Velazquez (reduced form requested $8,500); (4) $45,000 (75% of $60,000 PAGA penalty) to the LWDA; and (5) $7,500 for settlement administration costs to ILYM Group, Inc.

Plaintiff’s counsel shall file an amended proposed Order and Judgment, consistent with this ruling containing all requisite terms, including the class definition, the enhancement award determined by the Court and a separate Paragraph articulating the Gross Settlement Award ( GSA) less all deductions therefrom and the Net Settlement Amount (NSA) available to be paid to the class members. The Court orders class counsel to file a final report summarizing all distributions made pursuant to the approved settlement, supported by declaration. The Court will set a non-appearance date for submission of a final report for February 13, 2025 with the  report itself due five court days in advance attesting among other things that all settlement funds have been distributed.
