Preliminary Approval of the class and PAGA settlement is granted. The Court requests Plaintiff submit an amended proposed order by the hearing date which sets forth all of the preliminarily approved financial terms as set forth in the settlement agreement. The hearing set for November 9, 2023 remains on calendar at which time a date will be set for the final approval motion.
