The Court hereby GRANTS final approval and awards/approves the following:

(1) $148,333.33 for attorney fees to Class Counsel, Mooradian Law, APC; (2) $12,259.72 for attorney costs to Class Counsel; (3) $15,000 (75% of $20,000 PAGA penalty) to the LWDA; and (5) $11,800 for settlement administration costs to CPT Group, Inc.

Plaintiff’s counsel’s amended proposed Order and Judgment should include a statement that no class members requested exclusion and ensures that distribution from the Gross Settlement Funds for attorney fees will occur after mailing of checks to Class Members. The order should also include a paragraph reflecting the gross settlement amount, all funds to be deducted from the GSA and the Net Settlement Amount to be distributed to the class per the settlement agreement. 

The Court orders class counsel to file a final report summarizing all distributions made pursuant to the approved settlement, supported by declaration. The Court will set a non-appearance date for submission of a final report for December 20, 2024.

Finally, the Plaintiff is ordered to file a dismissal with prejudice of Case No. 19STCV45338 forthwith. A non- appearance will be set for February 26, 2024 to confirm this has occurred.
