PLAINTIFF’S REQUEST FOR DEFAULT JUDGMENT

 

           

Plaintiff Rene Quevedo (“Plaintiff”) requests entry of default judgment against Defendants Shik Builders, Inc. and Moshe Keren. Plaintiff seeks judgment in the total amount of $44,547.92, comprising $33,000.00 demanded in the complaint, $10,838.96 in interest, and $708.96 in costs.

The Court finds that Plaintiff has sufficiently supported his request with the submitted declarations. Therefore, Plaintiff’s request is granted, and the Court will sign the judgment. No appearance at the hearing is necessary.
