ORDER RE: MOTION TO BE RELIEVED AS COUNSEL |

Harry A. Safarian and Pierro H. Babaian
of The Safarian Firm, A.P.C. (“Counsel”) move to be relieved as counsel for
Defendant Future Construction Group, Inc. The Court finds that Counsel has complied with
the relevant procedural requirements (CRC 3.1362) and has provided sufficient
reason for withdrawal. Accordingly, the motion to be relieved as counsel is
granted.
The Court notes that after Counsel’s motion
to be relieved as counsel was filed, a Trial Setting Conference (“TSC”) was
held on January 27, 2023. At the TSC, the Court set a Final Status Conference
(“FSC”) for March 16, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. and trial for March 29, 2023 at 1:30
p.m. The Court’s January 27, 2023 minute order also provides, “[n]on-Appearance
Case Review trial readiness and exhibit binders must be lodged in Department 50
by 4:00p.m. is scheduled for 03/09/23 at 04:00 PM in Department 50 at Stanley
Mosk Courthouse.”
The Court orders Counsel to file a
revised proposed order listing the foregoing hearing dates within two days of this
order with a courtesy copy delivered to Dept. 50.
