DEFENDANTS’ APPLICATION FOR ORDER ADMITTING MARLENE C. WILLIAMS TO APPEAR PRO HAC VICE

 

Defendants Greyhound Lines, Inc. and Jorge Ochoa (jointly, “Defendants”) apply for an order granting the application of Marlene C. Williams to appear as counsel pro hac vice in this matter on behalf of Defendants.

The application is submitted with a Verified Application of Marlene C. Williams made under penalty of perjury and is in compliance with the requirements set forth in California Rules of Court, rule 9.40, subdivision (d). Accordingly, the unopposed application is granted.¿¿
