MOTION TO ENFORCE SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT AND ENTER JUDGEMENT PER CCP § 664.6

 

The motion to enforce settlement agreement and enter judgment per CCP § 664.6 by Plaintiff Ilya Nodel (“Plaintiff”) will have to be continued for the reasons set forth below. 

The Declaration of Elias K. Fakhoury filed in support of the motion references several exhibits, including an exhibit of the settlement agreement at issue. However, no exhibits were attached to Mr. Fakhoury’s declaration.

The Court orders Plaintiff to immediately file and serve the Declaration of Elias K. Fakhoury with the exhibits attached. The Clerk will discuss a new hearing date with the parties.
