Mario Iskander (“Counsel”) appears to move to be relieved as counsel
of record for Defendant Janet Kathleen Haywood.
The Court finds that Counsel has complied with the relevant
procedural requirements (CRC 3.1362) and has provided sufficient reason for
withdrawal. However, Counsel has failed to include a telephone
number for his client in paragraph 6 of the proposed order (Form MC-053).
Additionally, the proposed order must be updated to include the new dates for
the hearing on the claim of exemption, the lodging of the exhibit and trial
readiness binders, the FSC and the trial. The Court grants the motion
subject to Counsel filing and serving a new proposed order prior to the hearing.
The relief requested will be effective once proof of service of the signed order
is filed.
