	[TENTATIVE] ORDER RE: (2) MOTIONS TO BE RELIEVED AS COUNSEL

Eugene S. Alkana of Eugene S. Alkana, APLC (“Counsel”) moves to be relieved as counsel for Plaintiffs Armen Temurian and Luis Amaya, individually, and dba Vista Network Technologies USA, and as Vista Network.

The Court finds that Counsel has complied with the relevant procedural requirements (CRC 3.1362) and has provided sufficient reason for withdrawal. Accordingly, the motions to be relieved as counsel will be granted. The Court notes that after the instant motions were filed, the March 3, 2023 hearing on motion to compel discovery was continued. Accordingly, the Court will strike out the notations in Item 7 of the proposed orders (Form MC-053). In addition, after the instant motions were filed, a motion to compel discovery hearing was scheduled for June 21, 2023, and an Informal Discovery Conference was scheduled for April 4, 2023. The Court will list those hearings in the orders.

Counsel is ordered to give notice of this order.
