PLAINTIFS’ MOTION TO STRIKE COSTS

AND RELATED CROSS-ACTION

 

 

The motion to strike costs by Plaintiff Falcon Marketing, LLC will have to be continued for the reasons set forth below. 

Defendant Samantha De Galicia (“Defendant”) filed a “Compendium of Exhibits Lodged in Opposition to Plaintiff’s Motion To Strike Costs” (the “Compendium”) in connection with Defendant’s opposition to the instant motion. However, the Exhibits were not attached to the Compendium.   

The Court orders Defendant to immediately file and serve the Compendium with the exhibits attached. The Clerk will discuss a new hearing date with the parties.
