Brock, Lindsay L. Bowden, and Lee A. Cirsch of Brock & Gonzales, LLP (“Counsel”) move to be relieved as counsel of record for Plaintiff Grant Mattos.
While Counsel has provided sufficient reason
for withdrawal, Counsel’s Declaration in Support of Attorney’s Motion to Be
Relieved as Counsel (Form MC-052) and the proposed Order (Form MC-053) do not reference
the March 8, 2023 Status Conference Re: default package and dismissal. Pursuant to Cal. Rules of Court, rule 3.1362, subdivision (e), “[t]he proposed order relieving counsel…must specify all
hearing dates scheduled in the action or proceeding, including the date of
trial, if known.”
In addition, Item 6 of the proposed Order is blank.

Because of the issues identified above, the motion
is denied without prejudice. Counsel is ordered to give notice of this order.
